My image for this theme is as follows:  I never like to wake up early in the morning but the following image inspired me to wake up early. One day I woke up at 6.48 AM in the morning and I felt that it was 6.00 AM. Hence, I opened up the window to see what is the reason for such darkness during the winter season. Eventually I was surprised with such a wonderful and fresh morning view where all the sky was full of orange color.

I and legends of cricket had a chit chat using WeChat application.

The five people with whom I would like to chat are Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, Saurav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Reason to chat with them: To know about the current scenario trending with the game of cricket.

Guess what, all of them know how to use WeChat application and few of them are online now.

 

Me: Hello Kapil sir. How are you?

Kapil Dev: Hello Pravin. I am fine and enjoying the second innings of my life. How are you it’s been ages that I had talked to a cricket fan like you.

Me: Come on sir, you must have interacted with many fans but how could you remember my name?

Kapil Dev: I interact with many fans in person and you are the only one who is always online and having a chat with me using WeChat application.

Me: I am on cloud 9 as you remember our chat few months ago using same application. What else sir? Right now the Champions’ Trophy is going on and what is your take on the opening combination of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan?

Kapil Dev: Look Pravin, the media had already made a lot of chaos about the opening pair of Indian cricket team and I feel that these two young guys are rookie in terms of International cricket. So it would be better that we let them play as per their choice and let them make mistakes on their own so that they learn things on their own.

Me: Yes sir, the media is in search of a crisp byte and at times they don’t even care for rookies like Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Sir I will chat with you in few minutes and please stay online, Rahul Dravid is online now.

Rahul Dravid: Hey are you Pravin?

Me: Yes sir how did you know my name? It is amazing to know that you still reckon me.

Rahul Dravid: Aare I just took a name and luckily it happened to be yours. :-) What else? But I reckon that you asked for my autograph in Pune where I had played a lot of cricket. How is your life going on?

Me: Amazing Rahul, you still reckon that day? It’s been more than 10 years and you still know your fans. You are great (WALL).

Rahul Dravid: :-) That’s funny, “great (WALL)” these two words make me feel like I am in the middle of the ground and crowd is cheering for every delivery that I defend. Ok jokes apart, I like the features of this WeChat application and are you watching the Champion’s Trophy now?

Me: Yes Rahul, it’s been pleasure watching the game of cricket where Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan are trying their best to give a good start to every Indian innings. Rahul stay online for few minutes and I will come back because Sachin Tendulkar is online now.

Sachin Tendulkar: Hello, how are you?

Me: Hello Sachin I am not fine.

Sachin Tendulkar: What happened? Aare talk to me.

Me: Cricket fans around the world are missing you in the Champions Trophy 2013 and it includes me in the first place. You should have played till this Trophy.

Sachin Tendulkar: Yes, I know it is tough for all the cricket fans, but it is equally true that every beginning has an end and I am no excuse to that ;-)

Me: Yes Sachin that’s what I am talking about. You gave us such a beautiful beginning and when you took off from the One day Internationals (ODI’s), we could not give you a farewell. You should have at least played a single ODI in this Champion Trophy 2013 and then you would have retired from ODI’s. 

Sachin Tendulkar: I know your and all cricket fan feelings, but the decision had to be taken one day and I am really sorry for announcing my ODI retirement after the series ended. Also I am lucky that I did not end my carrier on that note where if I had been bowled out or dismissed, I would have heard a pin drop silence on the cricketing field. But yes, I would have got a standing ovation at the end of my ODI carrier and that is the only thing I will miss throughout my life.

Me: Sachin watch this video when a summer storm came in front of my apartment.

Sachin Tendulkar: Oh my GOD! That video is amazing and I must say that your mobile has a good video recording feature. But it is dangerous to snap video’s like these and next time don’t shoot the moments like these because it may strike you since mobile devices could be the soft target.

Me: Yes Sachin, I will follow your instructions next time. But I snapped this video from my room and at that time my parents restricted my access to the balcony from where I was willing to capture the scenario. I knew it was risky but I am fanatic towards such moments. ;-)

Sachin Tendulkar: Ok be careful next time.

Me: Sachin stay online for few minutes till then let me use the “Shake”feature of WeChat application.     

It’s shaking and now I will find other people doing the same. 

Guess what, its dada – Saurav Ganguly online there and I have clicked on “send greeting”. 

I hope Saurav will not be busy and he will accept my request. There he is and he replied to my response.

Saurav Ganguly: Hello there Pravin, I hope you are a cricket fan and I am here to chat with you for next few minutes.

Me: Hello Saurav how are you? Thank you for having a chat with me. I have been chatting for last 1 hour with Kapil Dev, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar.

Saurav Ganguly: Wow that’s great you are a lucky guy that you could chat with them at the same time.

Me: All thanks to WeChat application Saurav. I would like to share with you this moment just check the image below. 

Saurav Ganguly: Wow, I remember this moment where we both were representing IPL teams and played against each other. Really, this moment is incredible as it took me back to the time where we both played as team members and because of IPL we played against each other. It really is a memorable moment for me and I thank you for sharing it with me.

Me: Ya Saurav. We enjoy every season of IPL and at this moment we the cricket fans were cheering for both of you to win the battle. Our reaction was similar to the emoticon image displayed below.

Saurav Ganguly: ;-) Yes I remember those cricket fans which were present at that time during the IPL cricket match and it was the best moment of my life where they were cheering only for the game of cricket enthusiastically. Pravin I would like to know your best ODI moment of the Indian Cricket Team.

Me: For me it is the opening pair of Sachin Tendulkar and Saurav Ganguly. You both were always successful in giving a good start to Indian cricket team in the ODI series which were played in India and abroad as well. You both were invincible in the ODI format and every Indian is proud of you both not just because you both scored more than 6000 runs as an opening pair but for providing us a sheer piece of entertainment.

Saurav Ganguly: Thank you Pravin. Again you took me to the golden days of my cricketing carrier. Let me use the feature of drift a bottle in WeChat application. 

Message in the drift bottle: “I would like to talk to M S Dhoni, Kapil Dev, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar using WeChat application”.

Me: Saurav have you drifted that bottle?

Saurav Ganguly: Yes Pravin it’s done and I have inserted this message in that bottle “I would like to talk to M S Dhoni, Kapil Dev, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar using WeChat application”.

Let’s see if Dhoni can pick it up ;-)  

M S Dhoni: Hello Dada (Saurav Ganguly). How are you? Here I am available for chat using WeChat application.  

Saurav Ganguly: Voohoo! Pravin today is my day and Dhoni has picked up my drifted bottle.

Me: Dada, I have good news for you but prior to that include me in your chat group. Just reply me when you add me to your chat group.

Saurav Ganguly to M S Dhoni: Hold on Dhoni one of our cricket fan is willing to join our conversation.

All cricket Legends: Oh no! Pravin we don’t want to talk on this issue as it gets bigger even if we express our views with respect to the current scenario.

Me: come on! I am not going to publish it in the media and believe me I will keep it secret. I would like Kapil sir to express his views at first then I would request Dhoni, Rahul, Saurav and at last Sachin.

Me: Oh no! I know that I have been chatting for so long but please don’t get disturbed as I have asked you to talk on the issue which is quite disturbing. I am glad to know that you are ready to finish this marathon chat as soon as I hear your voice chat messages. Prior to that I would thank you all cricket legends and please forgive me for asking your views on the trending issue. A stitch in time saves them all, everything else is artificial.

The modern age of science, innovation and advanced technologies in medical healthcare has helped the human kind a number of times. This doesn’t mean that human beings are immortal but yes due to the advanced technology our health is the only factor which could beat wealth on fewer occasions. If one can maintain a healthy living then there is no any interruption to accumulate wealth and to be on a spending spree as well.
