My playlist which resembles to the music video Taazki ka Dhamaka.

In this video song you will see the fusion of fresh moves of Allu Arjun and Max Fresh lyrics of Anuska Manchanda which will really freshen up your mood. Likewise, following is the playlist of the songs that I feel are equivalent to the #MaxFreshMove theme that is being carried out in the Taazgi Ka Dhamaaka music video. 


The above song is from the movie 'Any Body Can Dance' and the dance moves from this songs will really keep us and our mood as fresh as like the #MaxFreshMove of Allu Arjun. 


The above video is an inspiration to me in almost all aspects of my life. I wish I could have known how to enter into Indian Army right from my school education. I came to know much more about the India Army after watching this movie Lakshya. 


The above one is also an inspiring song for me and it really freshen's up my mood and makes me feel proud of being an Indian. Also helps me to think about on how I can be helpful to all the people who need the help to succeed ahead. 


The above song is from the movie 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh' and it also freshens up my mood as it describes how the legend Bhagat Singh tried to give best of his contributions to free India from the British Rule. 


The above song is from the movie 'Rang De Basanti' and it really is a fabulous movie to watch and freshen up my mood. 


The above video is from the movie 127 Hours and I hope only a few people in India know that the music for this movie has been given by A R Rahman in the year 2010. I watch this vide to freshen up my mood when I find myself in difficult situations. The screenplay of this movie, 127 hours, is also incredible and I would suggest everyone to watch this movie because it has been filmed on real life event faced by Aron Ralston.


The above video is my favorite video and I like the lyrics part of this video and it really freshen's up my mood. Well, I didn't know about this video and I had unknowingly searched 'one day' on YouTube and it directed me to this outstanding song which is sung by the Matthew Paul Miller who is known by the stage name as Matisyahu. This song adds a positive note just after you finish hearing or watching this song. 


The above video is the one which has added a fresh moment to auspicious events like weddings. Adam Noah Levine and his band Maroon 5 had done a great job by giving a surprise visit to most possible weddings and perform as well. The above video will freshen up your mood and bring a smile on your face as well. So watch it and if anyone asks what to search for this song then just ask them to type Maroon 5 - Sugar on the YouTube. 


The above video is of from the Taylor Swifts album 1989 and this video will also help you to freshen up your mood. At the later part of this video everyone enjoys the tune and music of the song. It is incredible to see all of them having fun while singing the song and dancing at the same time as well.

Well to complete your workload, it is important that you make a proper plan before even starting the work. Once you have structured a plan, and then just do this above step and start working according to your plan.  

 

The step shown in the above image can be performed when you are bored of doing the same task again and again. In our life there are very boring and unlikable tasks where we cannot move ahead without completing them. For example, during our school days we were being asked to study better before hitting the playground. So just remember that we need to finish that boring and unlikable task at the earliest and perform this step and jump over to the next thing that you like the most.

Just get them together with yourself in the park and perform this step to freshen up the moment and relieve from the workaholic lifestyle which we all follow by default to earn wealth. Again the step shown in the above image can be performed when everyone enjoys the party and wants to carry forward the celebrations. It is important to celebrate any occasion to the fullest when everyone have made their way to attend the event by taking out their pecious and valuable time.

This step has to be performed when you as a person has added the extra bit of fun to the ongoing event and brought everyone on the floor just to freshen up and enjoy the moment to the fullest.

My views on the benefits of a balanced healthy diet and the nutritional compromises of a crash diet.

We the human beings are always required to stay healthy and especially active and fit at all the times. In this fast paced world most of the human beings are becoming lazy and yes you read it right. We all are becoming lazy just because of the facilities that we are leveraging like vehicles for travelling from one place to another, automated machines which are so designed that minimal human efforts are needed. So the outcome is that we people are becoming lazy as we have machines which work for us and gives us a lot of savings in terms of calories. Well, these machines which aid in our day to day life are awesome but costly as well.  
 
The main part is that we human beings are happy to spend on technology and at most of the times we ignore unknowingly or purposely to invest on our health. We purposely eat the fastfood that is available at various foodstalls placed around our city even if we have a tiffin or food which is being cooked along with balanced ingredients. Sometimes it happens that we don't get to eat home cooked food and this is the best occasion for us so that we could rush towards the crash diet items that lie in the category of fast food items. I was also and I am still fascinated by the fast food items that are available at several food stalls placed in every nook and corner of India. 

As I used to chase the crash diet items like fast food during my college days I always found myself unhealthy and the tired feeling at most of the times. After falling ill for three times in a month, I found that it was all because of the things that I was eating. I suddenly reached to the conclusion that crash diet items are the ones who are to be blamed for my weakness and health of mine. At times I had to stay away from eating and the obvious reasons were upset stomach and overeating of the fast food items. I had also gained a little bit of weight due to such eating habits and later on I decided to stop eating the junk food and move towards healthy balanced diet. 

At first, I registered for a membership to the gym and it helped me to reduce my weight a little bit, but this act had activated my stomach system as well. Now it was needed that I prefer a balanced diet rather than aiming for the fast food items. The gym instructor said to me that now you should manage your weight and keep exercising regularly. He also told me to have one spoon of honey along with warm water before starting the day. I wondered about how this can help me in my weight management and decided to search for it on Google. I searched honey diet and found the interesting facts on the Dabur honey website that consumption of honey helps us in weight management, it acts as a sugar substitute, it is a great source of energy, it aids in digestion (which was a big relief for me) and also it helps to cure throat irritation.
